- All orders are processed and shipped within 8-12  business weeks. This is art. It takes time to make it perfect! 
- Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are final.
- We do not offer refunds or adjustments on shipping fees once an order has been placed.
 
No Refunds or Returns. All sales are final.

- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
- Please double-check your order details, shipping address, and product selection before completing your purchase.
 
Lost or Delayed Packages

- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

The "Do Right by You" Statement
- I do my best to make this experience seamless and perfect for the both of us. If an artwork arrives damaged, or a package says "delivered" but fails to show up, I will do my best to re-make your order (please allow  5-7 weeks to re-make). Each order is case by case, but we will get it right, I promise.
